Approval of suppliers
We only work with factories that have been previously audited and approved in accordance with our quality and corporate social responsibility criteria.
Our 25 years of experience working in China have allowed us to establish a network of reliable factories for a wide range of products.
Product quality
At Actia, we strive for total customer satisfaction and are committed to the rigorous compliance of agreed quality specifications. Understanding your needs is key so we can communicate them properly to the factory.
Thanks to our know-how, we have developed our own methodology to ensure your quality, design and functionality needs are met.
Compliance with regulations
At Actia, we operate worldwide and, following our Corporate Social Responsibility strategy, we demand compliance with each country’s regulations on the protection of consumers and the environment.
In the European Union, we comply with current regulations such as CE, RoHS, REACH, WEEE and other applicable regulations depending on the type of product.
Audits and certifications
We work under the globally-recognised AQL quality standards when inspecting the products and packaging we produce.
We monitor production and carry out internal and external quality controls at the factory, during and after the production process, to ensure quality levels.
